What service do you provide?

We provide the best properties as per your requirement and on market value also assistance for property loans, help in registry process also possession and if required the construction.

For which locations you provide services?

Currently we are working with tier 2 cities i.e. Indore, Dewas, Rau, Ujjain, Jaipur and some specific locations in Agra.

Do you take commissions from buyers?

Currently, we only take 1% service commission on property buying and 15 Days rent on rental properties. Irrational of rate.

Do you provide any luxury properties, Farmland, Bungalow, and Penthouses?

Yes. Currently we are providing the luxury properties in Indore region on special demands.

How many options do we have of payment?

Once submitting the token amount, you can avail upto 90% loan on actual property price from our partner bank also you can modify the payment plan as per your comfort.
